Stratified Chromatic Fields™ are constructed through layered fields of colour, linear interventions and shifts between opacity, luminosity and material density. The work changes with distance, light and the position of the viewer.
I select each existing work in relationship to the architecture, rhythm and purpose of your environment. When the work enters residence, it becomes a Chromatic Residence™.

We begin with your space and what you are building. I curate the relationship between the environment and the work.
Residence
A finished original enters your environment on agreement. Authentication, installation and placement form part of the residency.
Continuity
Each month, 60% of residency rental paid builds credit toward acquisition, up to the agreed ceiling. Your acquisition price is fixed at signing.

Placement can begin immediately on agreement; the work is already finished. Insurance, transport and condition terms are confirmed in your agreement before commencement.

Credit builds to a ceiling of 60% of the acquisition value. For corporate placements, the ceiling is 60% of the combined acquisition value of all placed works.
Apply your earned credit to the work or works in residence, or toward a Landmark Commission™. For a Landmark Commission™, the amount applied is the lower of your earned credit or 30% of the commission price.

Ceiling reached during month 24.
At the standard 4.3% rate, the ceiling is reached after approximately 23.3 months. Corporate timing depends on the monthly fee relative to the combined acquisition value and is calculated for your agreement.
The relationship continues
Sixty days before each term ends, I contact you personally. Keep the residency, acquire the work, choose a different work, or step into a Landmark Commission™.
If you choose a different work, its current acquisition price applies. Earned credit carries over, capped at 60% of the new work’s value.

For as long as your residency runs, you hold a seat in The Kindred™, my private world of art and patronage.
Your seat is granted with the residency and continues for its duration.

Is this right for my environment?
Works in Residence™ is for leaders who want their environment to hold and amplify what they are building. Corporate placements lead: headquarters, lounges, receptions and cultural spaces. Individual placements bring one existing work into a private or professional environment. We begin by looking at the relationship between your space and the work.
How is the work selected?
I select each work personally, in relationship to your environment. This is a curated, off-market placement. We discuss the space, its scale and its purpose before agreeing on the selection.
Do I need to wait for a new work to be created?
No. Works in Residence™ places existing, finished Stratified Chromatic Fields™. Placement can begin immediately on agreement. Installation and placement are coordinated directly with me; insurance, transport and condition terms are confirmed before commencement.
What does the monthly fee make possible?
Your fee brings authenticated, insured original work into your environment, with artist-led curation, installation, placement and an ongoing personal relationship. It also grants a seat in The Kindred™ for the duration of the residency. Corporate placements are €2,500–€6,000 per month on an annual contract. Individual placements are 4.3% of the work’s acquisition value per month with a six-month minimum. Sixty per cent of rental paid builds acquisition credit, subject to the 60% ceiling.
What happens if the acquisition price increases?
The acquisition price of the work or works in residence is fixed when your agreement is signed, renewals included. If you later choose a different work, that work enters at its current price.
Where can I apply my acquisition credit?
There are two destinations: the work or works in residence, or a Landmark Commission™. Residency credit has no time cap and builds to a ceiling of 60% of the acquisition value; for corporate placements this is the combined acquisition value of all placed works. Credit applied to a Landmark Commission™ is capped at 30% of the commission price, using whichever is lower: earned credit or that 30% cap.
What happens at the end of the term?
Sixty days before each term ends, I contact you personally with four options: continue the residency, acquire, choose a different work, or step into a Landmark Commission™. If you choose a different work, earned credit carries over, capped at 60% of the new work’s value. The new work’s current price applies.
Can someone else acquire the work while it is in residence?
A work in residence is unavailable to anyone else. Each is one of one. Before a residency is agreed, a suitable work may be acquired by another collector; selection and availability are confirmed personally.
Will my name or placement be made public?
Your enquiry is private. No resident or collector is named publicly without their express agreement.
