Does the work begin with my vision or the room?
Your highest vision comes first. The architecture establishes the scale and character of the environment in which that vision will take physical form. The work is conceived from your vision and created for one environment.
How long does a Landmark Commission™ take?
About twelve months, from the first encounter with your vision and the architecture it will live in, to the finished work in place. The process is considered, never rushed. The specific scope and schedule are confirmed in the private agreement.
Can I choose a finished work instead?
A Landmark Commission™ is a bespoke monumental artwork, created once from your vision. It is never selected from inventory. If an existing original or a residency is more appropriate, that can be discussed personally.
How are the agreement and payment arranged?
Commissions begin from €150,000, with a private commission agreement and contract, paid in full. Scope, timeline and the arrangements for transport and installation are confirmed before commitment. A commission is accepted into the cohort once the contract is signed and payment has been received.
Can my Works in Residence™ credit be applied?
Yes. Earned residency credit may be applied up to 30% of the commission price. The amount applied is whichever is lower: the credit you have earned, or 30% of the commission price.
What does the 2026–27 cohort mean?
Three commissions are accepted within the fixed cohort from 25 September 2026 to 24 September 2027. Once the cohort is complete, the next vision waits for the next cohort. Availability is confirmed in the private conversation.
Will my vision or environment be shared publicly?
Your enquiry begins privately. Any public use of your name, project or imagery of your environment is agreed with you expressly.
