Analytics, functionality not requested by the user, advertising and similar non-essential technologies must remain blocked until affirmative consent. The banner must offer “Reject all” as prominently and easily as “Accept all”, permit granular choices, and make withdrawal as easy as acceptance. Continuing to browse, silence or pre-ticked boxes do not constitute consent.

– Strictly necessary: security, load balancing, session continuity, form operation and storage of cookie choices.

– Analytics: aggregate or user-level measurement of Website use. Activated only with consent unless a specific tool is configured so that consent is demonstrably not required.

– Functional/media: optional features, video, maps, fonts or social embeds that may contact third parties. Activated only where required consent has been obtained.

– Marketing: cross-site measurement, audience building or advertising. Activated only with consent.

 The Website’s cookie-preference panel must display an automatically maintained, accurate list for every cookie or similar technology: name, provider/domain, purpose, category, first- or third-party status, duration and any international transfer information. Because cookies can change when WordPress plugins, analytics, embedded media or optimisation services change, that live scanner-generated list is incorporated into this Policy by reference and should be re-scanned after every material plugin or tracking change.

A technical review on 2 September 2026 detected the Flodesk universal script, NitroPack/CDN resources, WordPress/Divi scripts, Amelia Booking plugin assets and the GDPR Cookie Compliance plugin. It did not detect Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, FullStory, GoHighLevel tracking scripts or advertising trackers on the reviewed public home, contact and legal-policy pages. GoHighLevel is nevertheless disclosed in the Privacy Policy because it is used as the customer-management system. This is a point-in-time review, not a substitute for an automatically maintained cookie inventory.
