As a creative I struggled a lot with executing on my goals, I hated planning, loved going with the flow and made lot of mistakes but I also learned from them and now I have a strong process that’s working for me. In this episode I’m talk about all my mistakes and I show you how I analyse and draw conclusions from my goals from previous years. That’s the foundation for planning and goal setting for new year – which I will talk about in the next video 🙂
