COPYRIGHT
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK I CREATE UNLESS THE COLLECTOR HAS PURCHASED THE FULL OR PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK (this is in addition to purchasing the original).
The Collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit (and congratulations! that means your home is super beautiful!).
When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business (hooray!) but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to your painting. Some collectors chose to purchase my right to reproduce the artwork to ensure it will never become a print. I am totally happy to discuss that with you if you would like!
SHIPMENT
All paintings are professionally packed to allow safe shipment. Original paintings and limited prints are insured for the full value throughout the shipment.
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

All artwork is wrapped in paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.
- Artowrks on canvas are shiped stretched and ready to hang.

Most artwork will ship via UPS and are typically shipped within 5-10 business days, please allow additional 5-10 business days for delivery. The shipping includes tracking & insurance.
LIMITED PRINTS
- Typically ship within 10 days.
- Please allow between 5-15 business days for delivery. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in a tube.
- Prints on canvas need to be taken to local framer to stretch.
EU & WORLDWIDE SHIMPMENT

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ we will let you know via email.
- International buyers, please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout. Please email me with questions or to get an estimate.
Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.
RETURN POLICY
- 100% satisfaction guarantee on all original paintings.
- Original paintings are returnable if you contact me within 14 days of receiving the painting.
- Painting must be returned in its original conditions via traceable shipping method. Tracing number must be provided vía e-mail us at hello@wiktoriaflorek.com.
- A full refund will be made to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.
- Outside Spain return shipping costs aren’t refundable.
- All prints, digital downloads and accessories are final sales – non refundable.
ITEMS DAMAGED OR DELAYED/LOST
If you feel a package has been delayed, lost, or damaged in shipment, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Do not manipulate the damaged painting nor try to repair it.
IMPORTANT: you must keep the whole packaging otherwise the insurance may not cover the damage.
PAYMENT METHODS
I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, regular account payments through PayPal, or bank transfer.
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from Wiktoria Florek online store. However, if you have one you may use it.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Wiktoria Florek store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length 128.bits (the highest level commercially available). FREE PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Free pick-up and delivery are available in/near Barcelona. Contact us if you want the item to be delivered or picked up.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES
Outside EU: customs, import, sales and VAT taxes, as charged by the receiving country, are the responsibility of the buyer. The full purchase value of each item purchase will be declared on customs forms.
COLORS
Brightness, contrast and color may vary on different screens/devices. If you are unsure, please request additional photos prior to purchase.
