All rights and permissions to the artwork are reserved by the artist. Images of the artwork or the physical artwork itself may not be duplicated, resold, or reprinted without written permission of the artist. The artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. For licensing and wholesale opportunities, please contact us directly.
All paintings are professionally packed to allow safe shipment. Original paintings and limited prints are insured for the full value throughout the shipment.
SHIPMENT FEE: Free worldwide shipment on all original paintings. Fee for limited prints and accessories is calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination.
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS typically ship within 5-10 business days. Please allow between 5-15 business days for delivery. Small works ship flat. Large works ship rolled in a tube. Large canvas works need to be taken to a local framer to stretch. Ready to hang option available on request, contact for a quote.
LIMITED PRINTS typically ship within 10 days. Please allow between 5-15 business days for delivery. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in a tube. Prints on canvas need to be taken to local framer to stretch.

- Original paintings are returnable if you contact me within 14 days of receiving the painting.
- Painting must be returned in its original conditions via traceable shipping method. Tracing number must be provided vía e-mail us at email@example.com.
- A full refund will be made to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.
- Outside Spain return shipping costs aren’t refundable.
- All prints, digital downloads and accessories are final sales – non refundable.
ITEMS DAMAGED OR DELAYED/LOST
If you feel a package has been delayed, lost, or damaged in shipment, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Do not manipulate the damaged painting nor try to repair it.
IMPORTANT: you must keep the whole packaging otherwise the insurance may not cover the damage.
I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, regular account payments through PayPal, or bank transfer.
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from Wiktoria Florek online store. However, if you have one you may use it.
